This cheerful busy bee is one of our cutest QR Codes, and he serves a useful purpose too! Mrs Angell created this code to link to a welcome page for parents and children entering 2nd grade at Longwood Elementary. "I am a veteran teacher and have been teaching now for 16 years! (My, where has the time gone?) I began my career as a first grade teacher, & spent 10 wonderful years in this foundational grade. Then I was given the opportunity to loop with my first graders on to 2nd grade, & it was a great experience! I have been in Second Grade ever since, and I love it! I earned my BSeD from Northern Illinois University in 1998. Soon after, I chose to pursue my Master's Degree, and earned a Master of Arts in Teaching and Leadership from St. Xavier University in 2001. Additionally, I am a National Board Certified Teacher, which is an accomplishment that only 3% of teachers have achieved nationwide. I am very proud to be an NBCT!"
